Following Mark’s success at “Burger Monday" with Daniel Young; join us every Monday for an evening of burger, beers & beats.
Deliciously handmade burger using the finest 28 day aged mince beef chuck, filled with beef tomato, lettuce, jalapeno mayonnaise & a slow fried onion ring. Held together in a homemade sesame seed bun, lavishly spread with our Colston Bassett butter. Team this with a Camden Brewery beer & some beats from resident band “Body & Soul” and you’re got yourself a Blue Monday!

Each month executive head chef Tom Cook and head sommelier Antoine Dugand collaborate on a special menu celebrating a specific region of France. For May it's Alsace! The three-course menu explores the signature ingredients and dishes of the region including Morteau sausage, coq au Riesling and Munster cheese alongside a paired wine flight showcasing the standout vintages Alsace has to offer. It's all about fantastic food and breathtaking views: take a seat with a glass of champagne and enjoy an al fresco lunch overlooking Tower Bridge from executive head chef Tom Cook's new seafood & crustacea menu. Pick from modern dishes including king scallop ceviche with tomato & lime or French classics such as our legendary plateau de fruits de mer or day-boat bouillabaise served with rouille and croutons. Following the success of our first Bakery Masterclasses in 2012 we are delighted to add to more dates to your diary!
Saturday 8th June – Focaccia & Brioche
Saturday 3rd August – Filone & Cantuccini
Meet our baker who will share his trade secrets in preparing fresh “pane” (Italian for bread) just like grandma used to.
Classes cost £28.50 per person and begin at 10.30am with introductions, followed by a demo and practical bakery. Classes come to a close at 12pm when you will get to indulge in the fruits of your labour and feast on your creations accompanied by delicious charcuterie and fresh mozzarella platter, complimented by our extra virgin olive oil from Puglia. This will lead on to main course and dessert specially created by head chef Angelo Albera for the ultimate afternoon package.
